It is important to note that we handle grievance redressal in accordance to Rule 5 (9) pertaining to Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
The Grievance Redressal Portal frees our users from sending elaborate emails to our support team regarding every issue arising out of availing our services. This process is not as wholesome, as there is no surety of time within which you will get a relevant response and you might have to send specific emails regarding every little issue you might be facing. This portal is quick in addressing issues and has been built in a way that would help our users to explain the issues they are facing adequately and can also attach relevant screenshots that would help us in understanding the issue better and would also relieve you from elaborately explaining your problems.

It is also important to note that our Grievance Redressal Officer will review your complaints, resolve them and provide you with a suitable resolution within a period of not more than three working days from the day we officially receive your complaint through the Grievance Redressal Portal.
