  1. Refund of payment received:
  2. We will refund the payment if we fail to provide our service. Kindly note, a refund will be initiated only if it is confirmed that we failed to provide our service.www.shopact.orgreserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated once we confirmation of the services not provided. In case of a refund request accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid. Also if there is a delay beyond 45 days for submitting a hard copy of a form, no refund shall be made against such transaction.

  3. Cancellation and refund:
  4. If for any valid reason you cancel your application, 10% of the total payment will be deducted as a cancellation charge. If you cancel your application after it is processed from our side then the cancellation request will not be considered either the refund will be made.

  5. Request time frame:
  6. The time frame for applying for a refund is 10 days. You have to apply within 10 days from the date of application. If you request us for a refund once the time frame is over, your request will not be considered.

  7. Refund request:
  8. You can write your refund request to us at support@shopact.org with a valid reason (with valid proof if required) of the cancellation of the application and refund. Also, provide us your bank details through the mail so we can process the refund.

  9. Details regarding a refund:
  10. If you have any doubt/query or feedback regarding the refund process our refund policy you can write the same to us at our email address. Kindly mention your contact details in the email so that we (or our team) can get back to you on call if we need any clarification or details about you for the refund.

  11. Force Majeure:
  12. We or any of our team members along with our affiliates shall not be held responsible for the failure to provide our service due to the force majeure events i.e., conflict arising out of compliance with any law, ordinance, regulation, or other governmental action or arising out of acts of God like flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, interruption of or delay in transportation, or any other similar circumstance that can not be controlled by us.
